Hi, I'm Brooke. This is the plain-language version of how we handle your information here at The Real Life Homeschool. I hate confusing privacy pages, so I kept this short and honest.
What we collect
The only personal thing we ask for is your email address, and only when you choose to give it to us to get a free guide or the planner. We also get the basic, automatic stuff any website sees (like general request logs your browser sends). We do not ask for your name, address, or payment information anywhere on this site.
How we use it
We use your email to send you the free thing you asked for and, now and then, helpful homeschool ideas, new resources, and updates from us. That's it. Every email has an unsubscribe link, and you can leave anytime.
We do not sell, rent, or trade your email or information to anyone. Ever.
Where your email is stored
Your email is stored securely through our website host, Cloudflare, and (when we send emails) an email service provider that helps us deliver them. Those providers process the data only to run the service for us.
Cookies and tracking
We keep this simple. This site does not set advertising or tracking cookies. If we ever add basic analytics to understand what's helpful, we'll update this page and keep it privacy-friendly. Note that when you click an affiliate link (see below) and leave our site, the company you land on (like Amazon or Etsy) has its own cookies and privacy policy.

Children's privacy
This site is written for parents, not kids. We do not knowingly collect information from children under 13. Our own kids' faces never appear anywhere on this site, and we'd never ask for your children's information.
Your choices
You can unsubscribe from emails anytime, and you can ask us to delete your email from our list. Just email us and we'll take care of it.
