What this site is
This is a homeschool resource site run by Brooke and Adam Garceau. We share free guides, a free planning tool, recommendations, and paid unit studies. It's here to help real families, from one real family.
Not professional advice
Everything here is shared from our own experience as homeschool parents. It is not legal, educational, medical, or professional advice, and it does not guarantee any particular result. Homeschool laws are different in every state and they change, so always confirm your own state's current requirements yourself. What worked for our family may need to look different for yours.
Our content
The writing, guides, planner, unit studies, brand, and images on this site belong to us. You're welcome to use our free guides and tools for your own family. Please don't copy, resell, or redistribute our materials, or pass off our unit studies as your own. If you'd like to share something, link to us instead. We'd love that.
Paid unit studies
Our paid unit studies are sold through our Etsy shop. Purchases, delivery, and refunds for those are handled by Etsy under Etsy's own policies. They're licensed for your own family's use, not for resale or redistribution.
Affiliate links and the free tool
Some links are affiliate links (mainly Amazon and our Etsy shop); we may earn a small commission at no cost to you. Our free planner is meant to give you peace of mind and a picture of what you're covering. It is a helpful tool, not a legal compliance guarantee, so keep your own records to meet your state's rules.

We link to other sites (like your library, Amazon, Etsy, and YouTube). We're not responsible for their content or policies once you leave here.
Limitation of liability
